Great product, great price, fast shipping. One suggestion -- it would be nice to have a tracking number sent by email or a confirmation email when the product ships. |

After purchasing online, I tried to call the toll free number serveral times only to get an answering machine. I felt that Ztech might be an internet scam, my Amex card had been charged an I could not get a phone contact, my Email response took 1... |

Used e-mail to contact Ztech... with no response by Ztech even to say e-mail received. It took USPS from 02/14/to be reeceived on the 02/23/09 I feel was a bit long. |
