Very quick service. I ordered this blind for my elderly mother who is in a wheelchair, and she is finding it somewhat difficult to raise the shade. We wonder if there's a good way to make it easier? We are satified in all other respects. |

I ordered 4 blinds and thought that I'd ordered all 4 with string pulls for opening them, but 2 of the 4 came with rods. Not sure whose mistake it was, but returning them seemed more trouble than it was worth. |
