yoga wedge

The product is just what I wanted to help with the seated forward bends. At the time of order, I was unsure since I could not find the dimensions. It would be helpful of this is listed.

The foam is a bit squishy.

This is a decent wedge, but the foam is a bit too squishy under the hands for my taste. I prefer the cork wedge made by Hugger Mugger.

Excellent support

Good Quality at a Good price

I checked around on the web, looking into the company, and comparing prices for the yoga wedge. The Amazon price was the best offer. I have used the Hugger Mugger Foam Yoga almost daily since I received it. It is sturdy enough to work well for a currently overweight (and shrinking) yoga student....
