The product is just what I wanted to help with the seated forward bends. At the time of order, I was unsure since I could not find the dimensions. It would be helpful of this is listed.

- The foam is a bit squishy.
This is a decent wedge, but the foam is a bit too squishy under the hands for my taste. I prefer the cork wedge made by Hugger Mugger.

- Excellent support
I use this wedge to elevate the heel in wall twists, and the toes in standing poses -- it really helps with sciatica. It is firm enough to provide great support, and pliant enough to be comfortable. It springs back into shape...
