PROS: it was fun while it lasted nice assortment of games and nice internet interface.
CONS: I had this product one year and one month and it broke. They told me it would be 120dollars to fix it. I paid three hundred dollars for this piece of junk and one month out of warrenty it breaks down with no abnormal use.

PROS: machine and games are great!
CONS: Until it crashed! My husband was in the nmiddle of a game and it froze-turned red and will not work now - It shoulkd last more than 1 1/2 - 2 years!

When I first heard my friend's PlayStation 3, I could have swore that thing was getting ready for take off. The amount of noise coming out of that thing is a bit ridiculous. And after reading this article on the amount of energy this thing sucks up, I can see why. According to the Australian consumer agency Choice, the PS3 isn't very friendly to your utility bill. The gaming console, when running, sucks up to five times as much more energy than a refrigerator and ten times as much as the Nintendo Wii. How much does that come out to in dollars? About $250 if you keep that baby running all the time. The Xbox 360 isn't that much better, running around 23.57 kWH per week compared to the PS3's 31.74 kWH and the Wii at 2.97 kWH. Why does it seem nothing you buy anymore lasts very long, What ever happened to quality. Everything is made in China or some Asian country and they are cheap but you end up spending more in the long run because it is all crap. Now it seems Microsoft

PROS: it was fun while it lasted nice assortment of games and nice internet interface.
CONS: I had this product one year and one month and it broke. They told me it would be 120dollars to fix it. I paid three hundred dollars for this piece of junk and one month out of warrenty it breaks down with no abnormal use.

I loved the games - spend many hours of enjoyment - BUT for the price is shouldn't "freeze" and "fry" - I would like it fixed if possible at no charge!

PROS: machine and games are great!
CONS: Until it crashed! My husband was in the nmiddle of a game and it froze-turned red and will not work now - It shoulkd last more than 1 1/2 - 2 years!
