"It's an XBOX 360 need I say more"
I'll keep this short since it's just the xbox. I have had this for a year and so far have not had a RROD yet! I will keep my fingers crossed. I use this console more then I do the Wii or PS3 Mostly because there are more interesting games.

Xbox 360 offers the best and largest library of games including some of the best exclusives. The best version of many multi platform games are on 360. RRoD does not seem to be an issue with the new 360 hardware that is found is all Halo Special Edit

"Quite noticably better"
I noticed it runs Halo3 a lot quieter and cooler than the original 360. comes with HDMI output which is very cool on a big 1080p screen.

All I can do is stare at this console cause I just shelled $500 for this only to discover it comes with out the game its designed after.. so why don't I just go out and buy it? Strangely enough I live in a country where you can't find original XBOX36

So many replacements and none work
I bought 2 Xbox machines for my nephews for Christmas (A Halo-edition and a Pro). They've been sitting on their shelf since Christmas now. One machine has been exchanged 3 times and still locks up after 5 minutes of play time. The other one has been exchanged twice - it doesn't work either....
