Vague, boring...
I'm not a PR or communications major, but I thought this book felt like a very vague glossing-over of what PR is, unless the PR is just a vaguely defined profession... also some parts of it were just plain stupid, especially some of the "explanatory" charts/illustrations. The key terms were...
