Our waterproof/breathable H2No? barrier and a finish of Deluge? DWR (durable water repellent) increase storm protection. Interior detailing includes a stretch taffeta liner, adjustable powder skirt and a cold-stopping neck gasket. Pit zips keep you fresh; articulated arms keep you moving.
