Great service and Happy Feet!This is my 3rd pair of New Balance shoes. These required no break-in time. They fit snugly around my ankles and have nice toe space. They are a perfect fit for my narrow feet. Three cheers for Zappos service. I had my shoes in less than 48 hours.

Toe box a little too narrow - I wear a 13 narrow and most shoes are not narrow enough. This show is a little snug in the toe area and by the time I walk the treadmill for 30 minutes, my toes hurt. Otherwise New Balance makes a great shoe.
