I was not happy with the fact that there were 2 authorization that sat in my bank account for a week, I had difficulty having it removed, and it tok me into overdraft. |

I was contacted 4-5 times via email and telephone to "confirm my order"...This was inconvenient. If I wanted to call in an order I would have, but I wanted to order something online & then just receive it without all the hassle in... |

The shopping experience in the store was great, and ordering online was fine, but this whole issue with the item being backordered is really frustrating because there is no definite timeframe as to when I can expect to get it. |
