Nice camera, works well, good features
I got this because of the combined microphone and the higher resolution camera. In the end, I'm not sure if it would be worth the extra price of this over the VX-3000, but I'm happy with the product.

wide angle lens on webcam
Purchased 2 webcams for my relatives, because we like to chat and see each other over skype software. the wide angle lens allows 2 people or more to be seen. the quality is above average but not "outstanding" a lot may have to do with the computer...

Focus problems
Good product for typical intended use. Great resolution, sharp image. Unfortunately, I wanted to use it for a time lapse of a constrution project. It won't focus beyond 10 m (or 30 feet).
