At Smarter.com, we aim to ensure we give you the most sound buying advice possible. With our 'Cumulative Product Rating' system, in order for a product to receive a rating score, it must have a minimum number of ratings to qualify.
This system is not intended to diminish the value of products with a low number of ratings and reviews, they're great, and hopefully very helpful, but if you want our advice, we want to make sure that the product you're thinking of buying has been rated and reviewed by enough shoppers like you to be a valuable indicator of product quality.

Non-functioning, no online or phone support
My wife purchased this to serve as a webcam with her XP computer. Although the camera would interface with her computer, the program that runs the camera had a fatal error and would not run.
She went online to get a driver/program update only to...
PROS: The webcam is very cute
CONS: The camera doesn't function and there is no tech support

Hang-Ups
This product is nice. I haven't been able to use it's full functionality as I have to get a warrenty issue resolved. However, it does still function, just not to it's full potential. I'm hoping this will be resolved by the company quickly.
PROS: Motion tracking does work, with adjustable settings. Camera has good resolution and zoom capabilities
CONS: Camera's vertical movement is not working, needed to send in to be fixed.

PROS: motion tracking, decent images
CONS: Impossible to find driver for XP Home SP-2

Not even if it was free
Don't let the fact that this looks similar to some nice Polycomm units, or even something made by Creative, fool you. This is even more worthless than a stationary camera. It takes at least 5 tries to install the software (this is from a tech...
PROS: Motion detection sort of works
CONS: Next to impossible to install, limit integration with applications
