Works great on Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy
Finally, after three webcams, this one finally works out of the box on Ubuntu 8.04. Both the cam and microphone work on Skype. At $32, wish Amazon had a better discount though. Tried both MS VX-1000 and QuickCam Connect, neither worked properly...

I really like it!
I use this webcam for my laptop and my PC, and it works perfectly! The CD was outdated, so I went to the logitech website and just downloaded the newest version for it. My laptop has Windows Vista on it, and it works perfectly, no problem at all....
