This system is not intended to diminish the value of products with a low number of ratings and reviews, they're great, and hopefully very helpful, but if you want our advice, we want to make sure that the product you're thinking of buying has been rated and reviewed by enough shoppers like you to be a valuable indicator of product quality.

Dreamweaver CS3
Another excellent book by David McFarland. I don't recommend this book for the beginner, but I use it as a reference. In the CS3 version of Dreamweaver, Adobe has made changes that are clearly explained by the author.

Worth every penny
This may possibly be THE BEST how-to book of any kind I have ever owned and read. Unlike many of the other how-to books on Dreamweaver - which usually amount to not much than a very wordy version of the Quick Reference Guide - "The Missing...

Very good
If you screw up on any of the steps of the tutorials you don't have a teacher to tell you how to go back and fix the problem, you have to figure it out yourself. But as far as learning through book I think this is as good as you can get. And...

Good Detail
The book has interesting tutorials, but I still had many problems with CSS and ended up just using Dreamweaver the old reliable way. I feel he's trying to get me to purchase his other book on CSS by not having enough details to get the basics...

Was this written just for me?
Great book. Written in conversational style for non-techies like me. A thousand times easier to understand than the manual that comes with the software. This is my bible for Dreamweaver.
