This phone has excellent sound quality, but I have owned two over the last 12 months and both telephone line circuits have failed on each phone. L1 failed, and I switched to L2. After a few months the other one failed also.

We have implemented a call center with 205 of these 2 years ago. I'm replacing the first one to fail today. They have been rock solid and provide excellent sound quality. The abillity to use various codecs has been great.

PROS: Very flexible in the codecs it uses. Very high quality sound.
CONS: Inline power seems to be the most common failure requiring a power brick then.
