Not a wise buy
I've tried this phone on 2 different computers - 1 with Vista and 1 with XP. I could not get it to connect on the Vista system but did have some luck on the XP system. The main problem is that it drops connection to it's base. Most of the time it

Inexpensive option for a Skype handset
Good range and battery life - we use this phone all over the house and in the yard. Call quality is great. This was the best option I could find at the time. I didn't want to spend the extra $100 for a phone that didn't need a computer to work.
