returned this product as it kept losing connection. Sound was poor. Also kept freezing up. Keys were small and keys had to be repeatedly pressed.

Setting it up on my wireless network was simple and the phone works very well. It's great to have it because I'm longer tied to my computer to make or receive a phone call.

It does not matter who i call home, cell i keep on dropping calls. I am very dissapointed with this phone. I feel that i paid $160 to much for this phone. I wish that i knew the answer to my problem, do you????.

I find with this product there is a 10sec or so latency when calling a landline or cell phone. When they pick up, you can't hear them talk because the phone hasn't realized there is a connection. This is a very simple to use product,...
