nomenclature can include for example a product in mg x daily dose and others a factor is not camparable, my lack of Pharma knoelede is the problem and there are no shoppes near where I live so wandering in with questions is out of the question. |

VitaminShoppe.com is very promt in their shipping and order processing. We live in Alaska, and it nomally takes 7-10 days to recieve a product, but we received our order in just 3 days from VitaminShoppe.com. |

It took a long time to get my order and the on-line delivery time was different than the one told to me on the phone. You need to be sure that your on-line delivery time corresponds with the UPS delivery time. |

When I opened the boxes, I realized that you use shipping peanuts. I am not a big fan of shipping peanuts because they get all over the place and they are bad for the environment. |
