The freight company did not send enough manpower to carry the tub up the stairs. They wanted to reschedule my delivery - but I could not take more time off from work. So, they sent two additional men to carry the tub up the stairs.

The color was lighter than expected... more of a buttercream than a "beige." Will be eager for more colors to become available.

The packaging could have been better - one of the feet of the towel warmer was poking out of the box when it arrived. There were also a few small scratches on the towel warmer.

Excellent product that exceeded my expectations. Went together easily and looks beautiful. I will always pay more for a superior product ...but in this instance, that was not necessary.

I wish the other claw foot accessories were similarily priced like the shower curtain.
