PROS: -Excellent Music Player -Nice video quality -Game Graphics are better than any other Handheld -Web Browser -Internet Radio -Picture viewer -RSS video -Wifi -Continues OS updates -Nice Large Widescreen
CONS: -No flash -No video streaming - Music controls are not pocket friendly - Video format is a bit confusing -Game load times are slow -Game lags during play -No built in storage -No built in Camera -NO SECOND ANOLOG -Screen gets easy fingerprints

I plan on writing to the better business bureau. Do not waste your money on this product. A company that does not stand behind their product is not worth spending your hard earned money.

PROS: Good graphics
CONS: Device screen went bad within warranty period only three months after we bought it. Sent it to them they said the screen is not covered on warranty. They lie to you on the phone about their warranty. Product is junk do not buy.

CONS: UMD discs are noisy if you are in a quite place. Screens sratch really easily. I also have promlems with mine slowing down or crashing during demanding gameplay.
