A nice femenine touch to dieting
The contents of the book "femmenized" the ordeal of counting carbs. It help me understand and dispel the myth that vegetarians still need to be concious of carb intake. Good book but geared to the UK market.

Not very good
The Vegetarian Low-Carb Diet: The Fast, No-Hunger Weightloss Diet for Vegetarians Not the type of book I was looking for. The author is British and lots of the products I've never heard of. I became disinterested and put the book aside. I will not be using it.

Great, Easy to follow Diet and Recipes
I have been on the diet for a week and feel fantastic. As a vegetarian, I definitely packed on the pounds by eating lots of carbs and not enough veggies, protein, and natural foods. I am really enjoying my new way of eating and I do not feel deprived in any way and I am eating much less processed...

The cover pictured on Amazon is NOT the same as the book (notice that the titles are different). I thought I was getting a cookbook, but really it is a diet book with some recipes. I just wanted to reduce my carbs somewhat, but this book is the veggie version of Atkins. Which might be what you...

Fantastic!
I bought this book 2 weeks ago and I've already lost 7 pounds and I haven't been hungry once. The recipes are great, the layout is easy to follow, and it's completely changed the way I eat. I've been looking for a good vegetarian diet book for a while and finally found it!
