This book advertises itself as an intro to eating vegetarian, but it is more like a harangue to go vegan. I was quite disappointed that the author (who should have named the book "The Vegan Female") has already decided that simply being ovolacto-vegetarian isn't enough. For someone who is trying...

Good read as well as informative
I find myself being forced to be a vegetarian and this book has definitely made the transition easier. It is filled with useful information about hot to have a healthy lacto-ovovegetarian diet!
