I would not buy another mattress from them or anyone else online. I spent close to $900 to get a full size mattress that is way too soft. Their comfort scales are not accurate; and since I already paid $99 to send back one mattress I am now... |

My only complaint was the wait time to receive my mattress. The delivery guys were very professional (from Chicago area). US-Mattress website was pretty easy to use and checkout went smoothly. |

Order status was not updated on the website, so I was unaware my order had been shipped. If I had not contacted the company I may have missed the order. Actual Purchase is fine, though. |
