This vendor advertized free shipping on Bixrate. After placing order I was chared a "diesel surcharge" about equal to shipping cost. This is deceptive. Otherwise good pricing and service. |

the only reason that I have not responded to a lot of these questions thus far is that we haven't completed the installation of our gas cooktop; it is scheduled for the first week in October, due to having to line up all other contractors, etc. |

I received my product earlier than anticipated. It is now installed and I used it for the first time today. Works fine. I still have lots to learn about all of the features of this appliance. |

Microwave had a dent on the side. Since it was situated in the wall it was not an issue. |
