PoorFor myself, I like to shop and even more online. I have purchased items through e-retailers suchs as eBay, Amazon, CDUniverse, Walmart.com, Buy.com, and many more. This was the first time I have purchased something through PriceGrabber.com with Unbea |

DisappointedThis online retailer is fradulent. My credit card was charged 3 times for different amounts and did not receive any items until nearly45 days later. Once received, they appeared to already be used. Do not buy from! |

PoorI looked for cost of shipping on the website and the information wasn't specific but implied that it was just postage "based on weight." The charge was about half of product price for shipping-- turned a $20 item into a $30 item, and... |

DISHONEST, UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL. I recieved an email saying my order could not be fulfilled because the product was out of stock. However, when I checked the site, not only was it available, but the price was now over $200 more! Talk about... |

The customer service is non-existent, if not from the ice ages. Both cold and unresponsive, you will NEITHER get your purchases in NEW condition nor EVER get your purchases within a month. |
