I love Ulta. Seriously. Shopping at the store is not the greatest because the one I go to is usually busy. But shopping online is awesome. I placed an order last night. Bought 2 items and got two of the same free! saved $35! And I got an email... |

Ulta has the WORST customer service of any store I have ever been to. Their workers are (in general) snotty and RUDE. I will never give them my service again. |
