I think they work very well, especially considering the low price. Around town the wife and I have no problem communicating. On the highway (75-80 mph) it gets a little difficult to hear, but not impossible. I wouldn't want to use them...

At best when this thing first arrived you could get some sound out of it, but it was always intermittent due to loose headset connectors and very cheap battery connectors that kept bending and losing contact with the batteries. Now it is...
