Good Range, Needs Volume Lock.
I got these for my sweetie for his birthday and he Absolutely Loves them. We're snowboarders up in AK so we need to be able to find eachother easily incase we get separated or there's an emergency. The radios have great range on the road and...

The radio works very well, better than others I have. However in my experience, it only reaches apprxomately 1-2 miles in distance, not the 26 miles advertised.
