This mount comes with everything you need. It is easy to install. The only drawback is no swivel. I didn't need swivel so this was the mount for me.

It Tilts but Doesnt Swing

It works... I used it to make some desk space. But after having it for a while, I wish I could move it left and right too... O well. Its relatively cheap and it has never fallen off the wall.
