software had many bugs even after updates. dont even install software if for vista it makes a mess download it. in general not very user friendly and dont plan on using the included antenna unless you like poor reception

Works
I have Vista and with an update from the pinnacle website, I was able to get all my basic cable channels when I hooked up my coax. And, I even got my local channles in HD.

works as advertised

I've owned and used this product for 6 months now. I have had nothing but success with this particular tv tuner/capture card. I first used in in my own build w/Vista. Now I use it with XP Pro and the results are the same....very good OTR HD recept

Better than hauppauge
I'm using it with mce 2005. it works great, the only thing I had to do was shut down the pinnacle remote control software b/c it interfered with mce operation. the slight audio lag everyone complains about isn't any worse than with my hauppauge card.

accomplished my main objective, but it locks up my computer

I bought this card with expectations of getting clear QAM HD. The included drivers do NOT support clear QAM, you have to download the BETA software from Pinnacle's website (still no updates since 11/07). The software is very buggy, poor sync...
