let this one be
software had many bugs even after updates. dont even install software if for vista it makes a mess download it. in general not very user friendly and dont plan on using the included antenna unless you like poor reception

Works
I have Vista and with an update from the pinnacle website, I was able to get all my basic cable channels when I hooked up my coax. And, I even got my local channles in HD.

works as advertised
I only used this product to capture video from a DVD player and VCR so that I can make my own DVDs. For that so far it works as advertised. I had a Adaptec USB video capture that didn't work on my system and the ADS Tech Instant DVD which also didn'

I've owned and used this product for 6 months now. I have had nothing but success with this particular tv tuner/capture card. I first used in in my own build w/Vista. Now I use it with XP Pro and the results are the same....very good OTR HD recept

Better than hauppauge
I'm using it with mce 2005. it works great, the only thing I had to do was shut down the pinnacle remote control software b/c it interfered with mce operation. the slight audio lag everyone complains about isn't any worse than with my hauppauge card.
