A minor setback is the installation CD was defective. I sent a message to the manufacturer and promptly got a replacement.

i have had it for sometime never had a proble with it intell one day went to use it and tje coputer could not find it tryed it on 2 desktops and 3 laptops none of them could find it. keep messing with it on my main computer and smelled...
