Great Turntable for the Price
This table works great and the mechanism is silent. It takes better care of your records than a audiophile manual table will. I use my system's phono pre-amp so I do not know about its quality. The tracking is very good and table noise, as I like

Works Ok Though Not Thrilling
The Denon works well for an automatic turntable. The internal phono preamp means it can be connected to any available line input on a receiver. The preamp can be switched off if your receiver has a Phono input.

The sound is very good. It's easy to assemble if you read the instructions and follow them. Being able to use either phono input or line in was appealing to me.
