I do like this monopod. I have never owned one before, but do like the extra stabilization that the fold down foot provides. I also like the fact that it comes with a shoe thing that attaches to the camera and clicks onto the monopod.

PROS: Very smooth, controls are well placed, over-sized and very easy to operate. Has a level.
CONS: Not very small, but small enough. Very good price for a descent tripod.

This is a very sturdy tripod. It is not cheep feeling like many you would get at Best Buy, etc. I would definitely recommend this to any photographer. I also like the thick padded shoulder strap.
