I can't recommend this tripod enough. I shoot with a CANON REBEL XT and use a 300mm lens...this is a very sturdy tripod, and also extremely versitile.
THe legs can be adjusted to so many angles, and it sits nice and tight.

Wish I would have paid more attention and seen that it has screw extenders instead of the clip kind. Takes to long to set up. Spend an extra 50 bucks and save yourself alot of time.
