Good Product
Good product, replaces one I have had for 5 years now, the toggle button started sticking. Worth the money although the maps are somewhat dated. I use mine mostly overseas to track my walking so it works fine for that.

what a great buy
1st one i've owned.very accurate,dependable,easy to use.i mapped out some land a friend just bought and found it to be right on with surveyor measurements.if you have never owned one , this is for you.

loses satelite signals in open spaces
If cost is an issue .Yes it`s cheap.The one I got had a hard time getting signals and would lose the signal at random times in wide open spaces.I have a magellen purchased in 1996 that is about 100% more acurate.I took both for a hike out at fort ord

Works Well
I purchased this unit to mount on my motorcycle. It serves the purpose well with bearing info and distance in numbers large enough to read from the handlebars. The serial connection is not as convenient as USB on other models. Software for mapping

Cost is great, but not a unit I would buy again!
The cost was great and is easy to use. The battery life is also excellent. But I am dissapointed with its' accuracy and the constant loss of signal. Overall, I would suggest to anyone looking into buying a hand held GPS not to buy this unit unless
