I'm not happy with the service/ communication at Tools-Plus. The sales man that initiated the sale Peter Reid was never available. It took me several try's to get get a hold of Tools Plus after it had been over two weeks without any shipping... |

Tools Plus put my order on hold without notifying me. They had my email address, but failed to send an email notice that there was a problem with the order. After waiting two weeks, I logged onto their site to check my order status. Tools Plus... |

This store provides excellent service. It ships promptly and replaced a part of an expensive router bit set with no questions asked. Would shop here again! |
