I have purchased from both tiger direct and newegg, by far tiger direct is the best. my past 2 orders from newegg were late and they charged my credit card twice which took me 2 weeks to get my money back. |

I was disappointed because the item that I purchased did not meet the specs as advertised. Due to time constraints and the urgency of use of my new netbook, I have to accept it as is. |

Good product, good service, fast delivery. My only issue is that as a visual person, I like to see the product first hand to determine if it is really what I need. |
