I ordered a hardcopy of a book and received an audiobook instead. I was told that I would have to pay a restocking charge. I was unable to resolve this matter with their "chat session". I was not at fault for this order mixup and see no... |

NEVER ORDER FROM TEXTBOOKX.COM. YOU WILL HAVE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMSI thought I would save some money by ordering from them. The book took almost a full month in getting to me. It was advertised with the CD for the book. The CD was not in the book. I sent an email with my complaint. I was never contacted. Final |

Very slow to payTextbookX.com is a terrible place to sell your books. They do not pay by check and delay paying you with either store credit or a credit to a charge card as long as possible. I sold $140 worth the books through them in early January 2007 and... |
