Most of the books ordered arrived in the condition that was expected, however one was in terrible condition. Although stated that it was in good condition, the book was written all over and many pages missing (apparently ripped out). |

One of the textbook that I purchased was the wrong book, I should have check carefully, anyway I need to send the book back and pay for the shipping fee. Hopefully I will get the full refund. |

I'm pleased with my order. The CDs with the book are a little scratched but they still work. I'm very pleased with the price, it was the lowest I found. The book shipped very fast as well, it came 2 days before I expected it to. |

I was not expecting it to be a 1989 edition. The information was mostly outdated. I should have looked more closely at the date. The book arrived quickly and in good condition. |
