absolutely offensiveI have ordered tennis products from numerous places, and have had very few complaints, one exception was MVP (which I believe is now gone), BUT, at least there, the customer service agent was apologetic and helpful with their errors.At Tennis |

I had a fantastic experience with them...I have had horrible experiences with several online stores, but this one was a real gem! I called their store,(they have a 800 line for orders, toll for questions--didn't matter, I used my cell phone... |

Gerat Job! The on-line shopping tool was great. I searched for the exact item I needed and was able to order very easily. They even shipping my items same day. What a pleasant surprise. I will definatley buy again. |
