Great picture, bad sound

Bought the LG for a breakfast nook area and it is great for that purpose. But I am disappointed in the sound and there is no audio out option to hook up optional speakers.

Tight!!!

Great TV for the price i paid for it. Picture is excellent and the HD looks amazing and crystal clear with the hdmi cables. For those PS3 heads out there like me it looks insane on HD with the HDMI cable on PS3 i love it great buy!!!

PROS: Excellent standard-definition video processing. Good selection of 1080p-compatible video ports. Swiveling table stand.

CONS: Some picture settings sacrifice standard-definition video detail. Overscan is a problem with standard-definition video. Jagged-edge artifacts seen in some HD video sources.

-Black level is good for being a entry level TV -480i, from my old dvd player is ok, i'm waiting for an up convert player. -1080i over the air is awesome!!! -Has tons of picture settings.

This television out of the box DEFINATELY NEEDS to be calibrated to proper levels to get maximum picture. Do a search on internet on correct values for calibration which i pretty easy to do. Once calibrated this TV is awesome with all its features on
