The Sharp was even better than expected! Nicer than the Sharp from three years ago - no receiver box. The delivery was excellent - they unpacked, put the stand together, set the TV in place and even put the batteries in the remote!

Easy hook-up with good picture quality comparable to Sony, at a lower price. I did not notice or see any banding that others have reported. Came with Blu-ray player pre-super bowl package. Can't wait till February 2009, for more HD programing.
