Talking caller ID sounds a little robotic, but if you enter in names manualy this makes it more clear. By entering names with double letters as 'Miike' for Mike it clears up the talking ID

I use Optimum Voice and their voice mail. This unit doesn't blink the light on the handset when their is a message waiting. Panasonic says to send it back for repair/replacement.

Othewrwise the voice quality works well.

This is an excellent addition to my Panasonic KX-TG6053 unit. My wife uses it in her Home/Office and it saves her from having to get up from her work to answer a call.
