We purchased the phone to control interference from our 2.5 ghz phone with the wireless internet. The problem was satisfactorily resolved with Panasonic kx-tga450b. We needed a 4 line phone and this working out very well.

THE HOME BASE PHONE MAKES A CLICKING OR TRYING TO CONNECT SOUND JUST PRIOR TO RINGIN OR WHEN HANGING UP THE PHONE. NOT REALLY SURE WHY THAT OCCURS, EVEN WHEN USING ONE OF THE OTHER HANDSETS.

This is an excellent addition to my Panasonic KX-TG6053 unit. My wife uses it in her Home/Office and it saves her from having to get up from her work to answer a call.
