i had to take the battery cover off to sinc it with the base unit because it didn't fit, but after i did, it works great. range on these phones have a lot to be desired.

We are extremely happy with our purchase. Have recomended it to friends and family! Only complaint - should be made in America by Americans. We would have happily paid more money. That goes for all products.
