Peeps
Cal was infected by a parasite that has a truly horrifying effect on its host. Cal himself is a carrier, unchanged by the parasite, but he's infected the girlfriends he's had since Morgan. All three have turned into the ravening ghouls Cal calls Peeps. The rest of us know them as vampires. It's Cal's job to hunt them down before they can create more of their kind. . . .
Bursting with the sharp intelligence and sly humor that are fast becoming his trademark, Scott Westerfeld's novel is an utterly original take on an archetype of horror.

This system is not intended to diminish the value of products with a low number of ratings and reviews, they're great, and hopefully very helpful, but if you want our advice, we want to make sure that the product you're thinking of buying has been rated and reviewed by enough shoppers like you to be a valuable indicator of product quality.

Peeps: More then just sugar-coated marshmallows
Scott Westerfield delivers a wonderfully different take on Vampires (or Peeps for this book). His are caused by a parasite (oh the things you will learn about them in this book, you'll either enjoy the information or skip the even numbered...

Original, sharp and fun!
When I picked up this book I didn't know what to think of it. As I've recently discovered the vampire genre and fantasy related books (Stephanie Meyers "Twilight" and Kelly Armstrong's "Bitten" are some fine examples) I was eager for more of the...

Sing Happy Birthday
I enjoyed this book very much. It is always hard to pick out a book without a friend's reccomendation. I bought this because I enjoyed both Twilight and Uglies. For me, it is more mature than those books. Not as cheesy. I liked that he wrote from...

Peeps
Peeps was really interesting to read. In peeps, a 19 year old college freshman gets infected with a disease. The problem was that he didn't know he had until about 7 or 8 months ago, and he infected all his ex-girlfriends. Now he has to capture...

My favorite vampire book.
This is my favorite vampire book because it puts a new spin on the vampirism disease. It talks about it in a more biological way then just calling it a curse or super powers.

Not that great
I bought Peeps because I really enjoyed the Uglies series. This is not near as good as the Uglies. I really would not recommend this book for young teens! I was really surprised at some of the content of this book seeing as it is recommended for...
