I've been using Retrospect since day #1, maybe for 20+ years. I forgot what it used to be called in the good old days. I never liked it and it used to have quite a few bugs, glitches, and user interface issues. It still does.

What happened to their website support?

I have been trying to get into their website for about a week. Apparently, they are not even aware of the problem. Is EMCinsignia even there? Doesn't seem to be because you cannot even get to the front page of their website.
