I got this in anticipation of using it with my iPhone. It has been a nightmare and Apple provides ZERO support. There are still thousands of people who haven't had email access for over 10 days and some have completely lost all their emails....

very good OS
This product has a lot of good solid content along with some frills many can really get into. OS 10.5 after the updates provided free by Apple is very responsive with very few problems. Some leading edge apps. dominate the personal computer uses....

A good value purchase for .Mac
With a little planning ahead, buying the .Mac renewal at Amazon saved me $30 on Apple's automatic annual renewal of $99. I'll put the savings toward gas in my car, 1/2 a tank.
