build quality not that great

I bought this surge protector at my local electronics store and while it does its job the build quality isn't that great. The top surface has scuff marks and the black pieces that cover each outlet have the tendency to pop out when unpluging an item.

As it turns out, my 12 outlet strip has only 11 functional outlets. I haven't found a plug that will stay in the top middle (as pictured) outlet. BTW, if you want to mount it on the wall, the keyhole mounting holes require you to mount it upside down

This is a great surge protector, the outlets are spaced wide enough for all 12 to be in use and the grounded indicator and cable protectors are a great bonus.
